- Leadership Training - Youth who participate are groomed into leadership roles preparing them for growth and development personally and professionally.
- **Money Management - Youth experience a six week training period that will engage them in investment decision making opportunity that will have real life benefit or even consequences to their financial freedom. Upon completion they are offered an opportunity to participate in our three year $2Dubs Program [pronounced Dollars to Dubs] where they can invest up to 10% of their earned revenue and receive a $500 payout at programs end.
- Work Ethics Development - Professional success is a simple equation - Consistency + Skill Development = Long Term Success. Our mentors encourage youth to take pride in what they do in the community through the service they perform, and to be consistent in their participation. Over time, they will become more proficient at the task. When they practice this behavior and apply it in real life, they are destined to become successful in whatever they choose to do!
- Economic Empowerment - Youth have the opportunity to earn weekly stipends throughout the summer based on their level of participation.
