Gary Community Partnership empowers youth for sucess through hands-on programs that build efficacy, develops skills, and promotes community pride.
We believe youth are our most valuable asset and By creating spaces for growth, trust, and opportunity, we help them develop the behaviors and relationships that lead to lifelong success.
Our Youth Empowerment Initiatives:

Our Youth Empowerment Initiatives:
- Community Garden: Engages 3rd–12th graders in gardening, floriculture, and entrepreneurship from soil prep to harvest and sales.
Horticulture therapy garden: a newer community service providing a space for mental wellness and healing - neighborhood revitalization: Youth earn stipends for 2.5-hour cleanup projects, learning the value of consistency and work-reward cycles.
