OUR DEMOGRAPHIC
We engage youth and adolescent ages 13 - 18 in community projects that restore the environment. Our objective is to foster individual development through elements of exposure, engagement, and elevation. Youth learn through mentored work relationships that success in life is created from sustained efforts to grow over a long period of time. This includes creating good work habits, developing leadership skills, and learning how to work productively within a team. In their development, youth earn raises every 5 weeks, learn various leadership techniques, develop situational awareness, and ultimately establish behaviors that will provide foundational tools necessary for success in all aspects of life.
